We Are Hiring For The Following Positions:
1. Acquisitions Editor (Academic & Trade)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Global)
Role: Identify, solicit, and evaluate new book and journal proposals. Build relationships with leading academics and authors. Negotiate contracts and manage projects through the initial publishing stages.
We're looking for: A proactive individual with a strong network in academia or specific trade genres, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for compelling content.
2. Managing Editor (Journals)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Global)
Role: Oversee the peer-review and editorial process for a portfolio of academic journals. Coordinate with editors, authors, and reviewers to ensure timely and high-quality publication.
We're looking for: A highly organized detail-lover with experience in scholarly publishing, superb project management skills, and a deep understanding of the peer-review ecosystem.
3. Copyeditor / Proofreader
Location: Remote (Global)
Role: Polish manuscripts to perfection! Ensure clarity, consistency, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to house style guides across a diverse range of publications.
We're looking for: A grammar expert with an eagle eye for detail, extensive experience in copyediting, and a passion for flawless language.
4. Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (Global)
Role: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms to promote our books and journals, drive subscriptions, and increase author engagement.
We're looking for: A data-driven marketer with proven experience in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing automation.
5. Production Coordinator
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Global)
Role: Manage the end-to-end production process for both print and digital publications. Liaise with typesetters, designers, and printers to ensure quality and meet critical deadlines.
We're looking for: A meticulous organizer with knowledge of print and digital production workflows and strong vendor management skills.
